New MSP startup looking for inexpensive Windows PC MyDocs/folder backups to LAN Share

Local Windows 7, 8, 10 Pro (some Home). Most companies do not have Servers/Domains. No Cloud solution wanted. I know there is the built in Windows SYNC, but I want to be able to see, monitor all machines at all locations for backup failures daily. I prefer a centralized screen/webpage, but could settle for email notifications if dependable, easily identify exact failng pc location and is free. If solution is crypto virus safe, bonus. Option for Full Image backups would be preferable, but all cost $3 to $10 per pc per month, most customers can not or will not afford that on All computers. Fyi - RMM’s Remote Monitoring & Management systems are SyncroMSP and Comodo/Itarian RMM if your solution can benefit from these platforms. Applicants Must Speak very good American English and be willing to work with me by remote screen connect and by voice/call. Also must be available evenings 5:pm to 11:pm EST USA.
