Linking fix: admin to solve url linking problem with WP site

It seems that something is causing faulty linking for our WP blog.
When the links are clicked (either on social media or that appear in search results) sometimes the user is redirected to another website.. could be some kind of malware.
It started with some user on social media reporting that links are redirecting to different websites (some italian newspaper) , and now it happened on search engines too.
This is probably something easy to remove, so please apply if you've seen and solved the exact same problem again.
The attachment shows the address we went to, even though I clicked on the WP's link in a search result. It doesn't always happen, only sometimes.
