New Wordpress Website Layout - Template & Content Provided

A WordPress wiz-kid, with an eye for design. I require a freelancer who is prolific with Wordpress. The task is to utilise an existing Wordpress template (I will supply) and re-organise existing content (again I will supply) for a PREMIUM professional looking layout. I require an individual with excellent English skills; this means excellent spelling and grammar. If English is NOT your first language, then you shall not apply to this posting. The website consists of 15 pages in total. I am after a minimalistic layout, so the WordPress website re-organisation should not be too hard. Ideally, I would require somebody with a marketing background who can use the content I provide and communicate effectivity to the customer the services I provide, namely 'Boat Design'.
