Looking for a mixture of personal assistant and social media admin. Primary duties will be: - Daily summary of tasks and reports on existing social media and projects - Research articles for adding to social media feeds - Updating Wordpress sites with submitted articles - Using social media tools to schedule content (Social Pilot) - Assistant to CEO with tasks such as travel, web research, coordination with existing staff. Looking for someone with availability every morning to summarize tasks/work etc then part time ad hoc work throughout the week Preference given to European based assistant though other American countries may apply.

If you're looking for a fine-tuned mix of social media expert and digital assistant, look no further. I am a PhD student in a top-rated Human-Computer Interaction program with over 10 years of experience in SEO, user interface design, user experience, and marketing. Back in 2004, I became one of the first college students on Facebook and in 2009 worked alongside the National Defense Institute to catalog social networks into a Wiki. I've also created and managed hundreds of Wordpress and Blogger websites. So, I'm ready to not only upload your articles onto Wordpress, but I also know how to code the HTML/CSS so they perform better in search engines. I can even help add meta-data and rich snippets to each post. I've never used Social Pilot, but I am a fast learner and fairly technically savvy. So, if chosen for this project I can learn that tool. I've scheduled content before, so I'm guessing it's pretty straight forward, and even if it's not, I'm up for the challenge.
