Small update to contact form on WordPress site

Hi! I have a small little project we need help with. We're currently trying to update our marketing. We'd like to update our contact page by changing the description on the form itself. We had the website updated about 1.5 years ago by a company that is no longer in business. I can edit most of the text on the website easily with Visual Composer but the form is put there through short code, it looks like it came from Oxy Ultimate(?). Through some form plug-ins on Wordpress, I'm able to make a new form with the correct description, but it doesn't look as nice as the one currently on the website. We want the same exact form, but with a different description. Instead of saying "(bold)Request more information:(bold) Simply fill out the form below and we will contact you to discuss the best tutoring options for your student. We look forward to working with your family!", we want it to say, "(bold)"Get a Free 30 Minute Consultation:(bold) Connect to find out if our tutoring approach is the right fit for your student specific needs and learning style."
