A: To be completed ASAP - within 2 weeks ideally Fast Website design and creation (can be wordpress) and web-hosting with 1-3 email addresses..also possible website contact management/updates (if required) WebSite MUST be responsive for mobile and tablet as well as PC friendly , have a very clean look (think wordpress WOGA or similar theme) , quick loading and easily navigated. 'Flash ' ? option for a short 15 sec - video/ pic for header page ( and possibly others) TABS needed will be 7 : 1. Cape Town(or Bakoven) Yoga (Home Page ) 2. Yogi Jo (Bio) 3. Class and Private Yoga Schedule 4.. Workshops & Retreats 5. Contact 6. Blog ** 7. Website development - We will use wordpress - ready theme (as its short time project) - Content to be provided by customer - We will do the correct placement and adjustments as per reviews and go ahead. 2. For SEO - SEO optimization we will do on website and off-page and on-page SEO a little. Due to tight budget the CPC can't be kept high keeping in mind the customer if is acquiring a complete fresh website with fresh domain, The SEO process will atleast take 1 - 2 months for page reflection in true facts. As Google target the old age domain or old submitted domains first, It can not be guaranteed for page 1 in One month, But surely a improvement and random reflection on top pages can be expected. I have designed and launched sites using the criteria you require in the timeframe you have listed, and am SEO savvy and social media integrating competent. I would expect to have the sites first phase done within a week, using the outline you've provided in section A of your listing. Section B can be done while section A is completed in steps while the content is added with the geo targeting tweaked also as I go. I would use Wordpress to make it more user friendly for you in case of other updates you feel you can do such as a blog or additional pages later. I am more than open to daily updates on the progress, future steps, and using non IT jargon to explain where the project is in the creation process. .
