WordPress Bulk Indexing Tool (Like RankMath Indexing)

I need a highly skilled WordPress developer to create a custom plugin like Rank Math Indexing plugin. This extension should support the functionality of bulk indexing for Google and Bing. The specific features desired for this extension are: Bulk Google and Bing indexing: Rank Math Indexing plugin takes only 100 URL at a time. I want it to take upto 100K URL at once (via textarea or csv file) and keep processing them in the backend. It should have an option to set the speed of processing the urls like 100 URLs/day or 20 URLs/minute etc. Along with the indexing, it should show the logs of all the submitted urls and their present state i.e. which links are processed which links are pending in a tabular form. It should also have an option to export the logs. The perfect candidate for this job would have extensive experience in WordPress and plugin development, with a deep understanding of SEO practices and Rank Math Indexing.
