WordPress Sr. Designer w/ Real Estate Experience

ABOUT AGENTFIRE At AgentFire we build our USA and Canada clients, hyper-local, personal, social websites that focus on providing value and demonstrating our agents/teams/brokerages as EXPERTS within their particular target demographic. OUR PERFECT DESIGNER We're looking for an AWESOME designer to join our growing team on a part-time basis (roughly 20 hours per week, but we can increase that quickly!) Our PERFECT designer is someone who: 1) GREAT Client Satisfaction Our company is the #1 reviewed real estate website solution because our designers are the BEST at listening to our clients, figuring out who their target client is, what their goals are, what their pain points are, and translating that into an amazing website design! Our perfect designer also understands the importance of communication! We provide huge incentives to our designers in the form of positive review bonuses (more on that in a second) 2) Senior Designer with WordPress Theme Experience We use our own website builder which is very similar to builders like Divi, X-Theme and Elementor - so our perfect designer would ideally have experience with a popular WordPress theme builder - and should have impressive examples of sites they have already built! 3) BONUS - Real Estate Experience Real Estate websites are very unique, and so our perfect designer would ideally have experience building real estate websites and integrating IDX into the website! ---------------------- COMPENSATION * $8-$15 hourly PLUS Positive Review Bonuses (up to $150 per client) PLUS 10% commissions on upsells You will have a few projects per week and each project realistically should end with a positive review. (Our designers who have GREAT client communication earn at *least* a one of these bonuses per week). So between positive reviews and upsells, you should expect to earn an extra few hundred dollars per week in addition to the base pay. We cannot stress enough that if you are not someone who responds quickly to clients and don't think that communication is important, this position is not for you! HOURS & TIMEZONE Initially as you are still learning the ropes, we'll load you up with about 20hrs of work per week - however, we can quickly move to 40-50 hrs per week of work if you're up for it! Our company focuses on clients in North America and Canada, and so while we are flexible with hours, we'll expect you to work primarily during work hours that are consistent with those markets. ---------------------- OUR WORKFLOW Client signs up for a new site and will complete a number of 'client questionnaires' that will include all of the information that needs to make its way into the site (so all of their contact information, their logo, personal photo, photos to use in image slider, social networks etc). We'll then assign you the project along with all of the submitted information, at which point you'll reach out to the client introduce yourself and to have them schedule a 'Pre-Design Consult.' We'll provide you with your own Calendly account (where your clients can schedule the pre-design consult and other chats with you) as well as a Google Account where you'll use the Google Hangouts feature for client meetings. We'll expect you to be able to complete the first draft for the client within 3-5 business days, and deliver a completed website within 2-3 weeks. REQUIRED SKILLS * Experience with some sort of WordPress Theme Builder (although we use our own builder) * Must have expert level knowledge of SCSS, CSS3, CSS, HTML * Must have expert level knowledge of Responsive Design * Must have expert level knowledge of WordPress & How Plugins Work * Proficient with Photoshop / Illustrator * Friendly / Work well w/ team * EXPERT Client Communication * FLUENT in English with little to no accent BONUS SKILLS These are huge bonus skills, so if you have these, as well as the above, you'll be a front-runner for this position. * Have experience with real estate websites * Experience with IDX
