Cacao/Obj. C: Simple tabbar/navigationview based xml app

Dear sir/madam, We're looking for an outsourcing party who can create a simple XML based application. Application contains: Mainview containing tabbar. Which contains 2 tabs. 1. About view 2. Planning view Planning view has a tablecontroller which lets the user selects group, based on an online XML list. By selecting the group, the user goes to date selection view. This view contains 3 buttons. Today tomorrow and a button which gives a planning based on the dateselector. When one of the buttons is pressed the view with the planning view will be pushed. Showing the planning based on the group and planning that was selected earlier. Requirements: - The application has to be written on the Cacoa platform for iPhone. - The used language must be Objective-C - It must be written on the iPhone simulation software for firmware 3.1.2 or higher. - The sourcecode must be attached to the project. By taking this project you will accept that we will keep the right to refuse the project if you won't meet the requirements. Outsourcing document and XML standard dummies wil be supplied to refer to. Visual screen design will be done in-house. For that purpose; the outsourcing party, should not perform any screen design. The views are already availible for reference purpose. Only specific responses will be answered. Application programming estimate about 100 US dollars. No need for apple iStore approvement.
