It's 5 km from the city center and near the beach zone.The potential of this project is the location,because the villa is situated on a small hill and close to the sea with an air distance of 500m. This project consists of creating a spacious area for the family members where they can spend their free time. The appropriate word to describe this area is a family room,so it is a multipurpose area for the family. In addition of classic activities like resting, cooking, dining and reading and watching TV the large terrace offers activities like sunbathing,doing barbecue,and having a bath in the outdoor jacuzzi...
