List of 100 Trusts (organisations that donate to charities) that I worked through and provided the required information from the Charity Commission website

Research/administration

Database of 618 people, all of whom who work for membership organisations. Emails to be sourced and added to the database (excel), and then have an email sent. The email is already drafted for you.

Attention to detail was key, and it was imperative that the email is addressed to the right name

Email out to 600 contacts

Updating many Excel files, each with a sheet of company info and a sheet of contacts relating to those companies.
I want to prep these spreadsheets into a format suitable for import into a CRM (Salesflare).

This meant:
Removing some of the data fields
Removing some contacts (wrong job titles)
Removing duplicates across the different spreadsheets and collating into one 'master' list
Making sure contact data matches the right company and in the right format for the CRM customised fields.
Also filling in missing email addresses where possible.

URL for each Private Club on the spreadsheet to be copied/pasted into a column adjacent to the Club's name. Also, if a Club is missing contact information for the General Manager, I need that researched and provided. It was completed by end of business day,
