While working in public accounting I have acquired more than twenty years of tax, accounting, auditing and tax problem resolution experience. I started this business in early 2005, beginning as a sole proprietor and then incorporating the company. We provide complete tax, accounting and payroll services to a wide variety of clients in numerous states across the country. Services include the preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. I have extensive experience in the preparation of any type of tax return which include tax returns for individuals, expatriate individuals, partnerships, C-corporations, S-Corporations, tax-exempt organizations, trusts, estates, sales tax, fuel tax and more. The tax experience includes tax debt resolution services which are provided to clients across the United States. While providing tax dispute resolution services, I have represented thousands of taxpayers before the IRS, states and cities. My tax debt resolution experience covers individuals and companies and includes removing federal tax liens, stopping garnishments, establishing payment arrangements based on the ability to pay, obtaining IRS approval for currently noncollectable status, filing old returns...etc. We provide complete payroll services - from preparing weekly payroll checks for clients to filing monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax reports. We also provide tax planning and business consultation services to individuals and small businesses. I have years of experience with Quickbooks, Peachtree, Excel, Word, Creative Solutions, Lacerte, TaxSlayer and numerous other software programs. We are a results driven company with a self imposed requirement to always provide excellent customer service by providing professional, accurate and timely tax and accounting services.
