This project was very complex from a technical perspective. Based on the final outcome, I am not pleased and have a mixed opinion. The developer is knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. He communicated throughout the entire project and responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. I am hesitant to give this developer a five/5 star excellent rating. I'm also hesitant to give him a poor score. I'm disappointed with the end result because AFTER he completed his work, we performed a WordPress security audit. We discovered critical security issues that left our website susceptible to hackers. We also discovered problems with our email service after he told us everything was working properly. Were NOT able to receive emails from clients for seven full days. When we shared our discovery of these problems the developer politely agreed to recheck his work and fix the problems, but the problems remained after several correction attempts. **Keep in mind this everyone makes mistakes. Even experts make mistakes. Our company had a unhappy outcome with this developer but there are many others who had delightful, happy outcomes.
