3D-designer needed for a simple animation

Be very careful when choosing Ihor for a job. He’s the kind of guy that promises the moon, but leave you standing empty handed. Makes up all kind of silly excuses, forces you to go around Freelancer and ask for more money. Does not reply on messages. Does not finish the job (he’s very well able to do). A typical Ukrainian scammer that should be banned from Freelancer!
