Unprofessional person. when I mention the requirements everything is clear. That I needed a track file and a clean file. He has more excuses. Can't say he has experience in editing and proofreading. He changes only 9 words from 11K words. And when I give this job to another person. He changes more than 700word's in the track file. Now he said he works with me for free. Can't recommend giving him any editing and proofreading job.
