Who we are
u_support is a small B2B contact center company in Davao city, Philippines which mainly focuses on Customer service in different online business platforms. Our service features passion and integrity towards our clients and their customers. Although we don’t really have many clients, we prefer quality over quantity. Our Management Team consists of hardworking individuals with vast Customer service expertise and experience.
We always remind ourselves, “do not leave the customer unhappy”, as quoted by our CEO’s previous company CEO. It’s always been in our hearts to provide great customer experience to our clients and to our customers from the very beginning.
Services we are good at
Chat support - We mainly use Live Chat Inc. software as of the moment however, any chat software will do.
Email support - We are pretty much familiar with Zendesk, Zopim, Live agent and other email platforms. Or we can use your company email.

We can answer queries of your customers even if your physical office is closed.
We can guarantee customer satisfaction by helping them with what they require from your website 24/7.
We can send performance reports weekly, monthly, or even daily. Whatever you require, we’ll fulfill it.
Service packages
We don’t have service packages at all as we customize it for your needs.
We offer business lifetime unlimited emails and chat numbers on 3 months, 6 months or 1-year contracts. Unlike other companies, they charge per chat and email numbers.
Take note, it’s unlimited!
Our workforce
Our team will be trained based on what you require. The dedicated agents that will be assigned to your company will serve only your customers. We don’t want our agents to lose focus resulting in mistakes and unsatisfied customers. We implement one company, one dedicated team policy. Unlike other chat and email companies, agents are required to handle 2 or more accounts which is difficult to handle and may lead to mistakes.
Before we do the training and go live
We want to know what do you require and what are your goals
We want to know what chat or email software you are currently using. But if you don’t have one, we can suggest one.
We want to know how many customers visited your website in the past 3 months so we can calculate how much the service package we can offer. And we promise that it’s reasonable and cheap.
