Before freelancing, I was solely responsible for creating and maintaining software user documentation for several 100+ manuals, then added an assortment of marketing processes to help promote new customers and keep existing customers excited. These valuable skills included creating and maintaining the company website, intranet, direct mail materials, trade show materials, policies and procedures, duties and responsibilities, and planning and executing an upscale, out of town Users Group Conference.
