My name is Mahak Gupta and I'm a student in Computational Linguistics at the University of Stuttgart. I like to work on challenging problems related to NLP and Machine learning fields. I’ve in past worked on some problems related to NLP/ML in different domains for e.g Sentiment Analysis/Factual Analysis on Patient’s data, Spam/Fraud detection in Emails, Outlier Detection on Telemetry Data. Currently I’m working as an intern at Avira (antivirus and malware detection company) in their Language and Translation services team where I’m working on a text mining project. In past I’ve worked for a company servicing healthcare/pharmaceutical industry where I had the opportunity to closely work with some clients and learn a bit about this industry; One interesting project I had worked in this field was analyzing Patient's data.
