Join C# Application Dependencys in a single Executable and make it flexible

Completed the project professionally. Communication and response was fast, but had to be repeated several times to be actually done. I dont know if it was due to a language barrier. Projectfile was once <1mb is now ~18mb in size, because a deprecated command had to be rewritten + very small additions(added support for changes in app.config without rebuilding the hole file). I think it had been possible to keep it smaller.
