I'm just starting out as a freelancer but I currently work full time as a Sales Executive. But working in a small company, I also do Admin (Invoicing, Email handling. arranging meetings) and Technical (Hardware and Software) jobs in the company. I used to work as a Technical Support Representative for 5 years assisting customers on desktop and laptop issues from simple how-to questions to advance troubleshooting assistance. I'm also trying to develop new skills by self study during my free time and hopefully acquire more. I'm looking forward for opportunities to hone my skills and learn new ones to provide the best service to my clients.
