My name is Bishesh Katwal. I am studying Masters of IT and so I believe that this is the opportunity that will help grow my career in a high-level professional environment. Given this opportunity, I am certain that I have the necessary technical as well as professional skills to successfully do the job adeptly and perform above expectations. I made the decision to advance my professional career during my final year of college and started my internship as a Java Backend intern at Future Education of Science and Technology (FEST) Nepal on September 9th, 2020. As the globe was going through a COVID -19 epidemic, they had a work from home policy, therefore I started working from my home. My main duties there during my three months of employment were to learn and comprehend Java, JSF, and EJB programming, appropriate JSF Form validation implementation in the user interface. I was able to start my career as a developer and obtain a deeper understanding of the business world because to this opportunity. After obtaining a better understanding of the business world, I decided to take on a bigger challenge, therefore I joined Fonepay Payment Service Limited as a Java Trainee. On March 6th, 2022, my probation time came to a conclusion, and I was promoted to a higher level and given the title of Associate Engineer. The promotion also resulted in an increase in my pay. The management increased my pay once again on July 17, 2022, based on the performance evaluation from the annual review. During this time, I learnt about programming and agile processes, particularly as they apply to the banking industry, as well as how to maintain innovation, achieve rapid development, and be synergistic. Fonepay, a company that successfully combines finance and technology, showed me the importance of management and programming skills in effective product development and how these factors may have a big impact not just on the company but also on people's daily lives and the economy. My interest in learning more about the process of creating affordable, environmentally responsible, and socially responsible programmes was piqued by this insight. I am positive that these experiences will help me understand the work environment and work efficiently. I also apply proven organizational, teamwork, research and analysis skills, whether working on academic, or professional projects, which I hope to leverage into this role at the company. I believe that high motivation and eagerness to learn new things and work adaptively are my biggest assets.
