centroid5 (Anuj Rai) was the only with a source code on his bid trying to show that he could be the right choice for this project. With a short time requested to deliver the project I thought he was the best choice. after all these months lot of bad written source code has been sent (for bad I mean completly and clearly out of project description) just to gain more time. He was the worst choice I made to win this project. A lost of time and money, he doesn't have skill to do this project, to be honest looks like he doesn't have any respect about what he was commited to do. I could have accepted if he had said something like "I can't do this" or "I don't have time" and he didn't, that is why I think he was disrespectful... he was just trying to gain more time. But I can't wait anymore, so this project is being canceled. I will recreate it because I still need it done for someone else.
