I worked in the HR industry for almost 7 years. I specialized in Recruitment, Timekeeping and Payroll, and Employee Relations here in the Philippines. These 3 were the most enjoyable facet for me. I got to experience talking and handling employees and applicants. I handle their inquiries, update and record their information, assists them with their concerns, and also compute their salaries ^^. Given these circumstances, I was eager to provide them only the best and quality service they should have.
Employees and applicants were like my customers. I provide them the best and quality service that I can offer. I love having interaction with people, that's why I love helping and assisting them. Being able to help them with their concerns and hear positive feedbacks, makes my heart flutter and makes me feel a sense of fulfillment.
I can chat with customers and even handle their concerns via email. I have excellent communication skills and I believe understanding the customer is the first thing you need to do to resolve their issue.
