More than 18 years experience in oracle, including but not limited to the following tasks: - Define tasks based on the RICE needed for the Oracle business suite ( ERP) based on customer requirements. - Supervision and leading development team for the RICE component of a project. - Define, Planning and organizing of the tasks among the development team. - Monitoring and reporting of team progress and achievements. - Follow up on the progress and the completion of the tasks to meet the deadlines. - Involved in the analysis of new extension and customization of Oracle ERP. - Managing tasks (analysis, development) among the development team. - Follow up the plan with the project manager to achieve the closure of the projects and fulfillment of their feedback. - Supervise testing systems developed by the team and insuring systems fulfill design requirements & meet software quality standards. - Involved in analyzing the integration of oracle ERP with an external system. - Supervision of the integration design and development with oracle ERP. - Improve team knowledge of the latest technology related to oracle ERP.
