My name is Leonora or "Lheo" as most of my colleagues calls me. I'm a teacher for 5 years with a background working in BPO companies. My job as a teacher is to provide and help the students deposit knowledge each day in their bank account of learnings that they can use to manage their future careers. As a Chat Support Representative & a Call Center Associate for an international Telco company, my/our main job is to provide customer support and assistance including basic troubleshooting guides for their gadgets and other paid services that the company offers. With these working experiences I have together with the skills provided below, I know we'll be a great team in producing quality works that we can be both proud of.
