As a Brand designer, I work with the client to understand what image or mood they want to project and come up with designs to create a brand identity. Brand design involves creating a distinct identity for a product or service. This can, in some cases, encompass the entire image of a company or organisation. I produce designs for: • visual identity, including logos • corporate identity (business image) • products • websites • packaging • physical environments, for example shops and offices • Social media. This is what I do to my clients: • pay great attention to detail • come up with creative ideas, but also be able to listen carefully to what the client is asking for • have confidence to present or communicate your ideas • work to a brief, within the constraints of a budget and deadline • Work as part of a team or on my own, as required.
