As the first web-site project was "migrate ASP site to PHP", I started to develop an ASP-similar PHP CMF, which was first used for "production" in a month. Since then we agreed to continue to upgrade and use this CMF for performance reasons (persistent caching, import/export/crawling integration slots, average page-load in 1-10ms, which would be at least 3 times higher if it were drupal-based on the same box).
