I have been working as a virtual assistant since 2017, and during this time, I have acquired a diverse skill set. This includes scheduling appointments, handling emails, transcribing content, translating between Thai and English, managing documents, working with WordPress, providing customer service for e-commerce, and handling various other administrative tasks.
In my role as a content manager/administrator, I have performed several key tasks:
- Writing and translating product descriptions in both Thai and English.
- Managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Uploading new content to company websites and social media platforms.
- Editing websites using WordPress, particularly with Elementor.
- Designing banners for advertisements.
- Furthermore, as a customer service representative, I have gained extensive experience across multiple projects and platforms. This includes proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, Zoho (ticketing system), Gitbook, Mega, Notion, Adobe Photoshop, Facebook, Instagram, and Line (chat support).
My primary goal is to provide my clients with honest, timely, and exceptional services. I hold flexibility, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail in high regard in all aspects of my work. I consider myself tech-savvy and have a strong inclination towards automation.
