I've been in a Call Center Industry for almost 4 years. I've been a Customer, Sales, and Technical Support Representative. I am experienced in handling customer's issue/problems via Phone, Email, and Chat. I managed to put up a small business which is an Internet Cafe way back 2009 with 20 high-end computer rental units and 2 servers. I worked as a Technical Support Representative with one of the best Gaming Company and I handled one of their new games. I'm exclusively handling and reporting BUGS in-game. With such kind of work, I am very keen to detail and deliver reports on time. I do part time jobs such as Real Estate, Buy and Sell (House and Lot, second hand cars). I schedule site tripping during rest days so it won't affect my daily regular working hours.
