These dashboards and reports use advanced Excel functionality such as multi-criteria lookups, automated data cleansing, and complex VBA macros. My role involved monitoring sales figures and pricing strategies for our global office letting company. I had to perform analyses on data and produce custom spreadsheets for middle and senior management. My proudest achievement is the construction of Excel spreadsheets with extensive VBA macro functionality, that every month automatically produces an interactive, customized Excel price guide for each of our 200+ business centres around the world, which is used daily.

I designed a custom Access database to help a small business owner keep track of her clients, their payment status, what needed to be done for them etc. I designed a custom front page form to her specifications, and built in failsafes into the data entry system to avoid mistakes. I also set up daily reports, alarms etc for impending invoices etc. Over the course of a month I followed up weekly to implement changes, test for bugs etc.
