Job Responsibilities : 1-Report sales tax by calculating requirements on paid invoices. 2- Recording all payments transactions for all accounts related to the company and verify it with bank Statement and report the difference . 3-inventory,control and execution of invoices received from suppliers. 4- Recording all the transactions like expenses , revenue , cash in , cash out from the bank on the ERP System El Motammem to Extract the date to make the Journal entry , Ledger account and balance Sheet. 5-open files contains all the correspondence and agreements that have been made between the company and the vendor and index the file in away that makes it easy to reference the document. 6- Review the invoices received from the suppliers. 7-I can do the data Entry , Copy Paste , typing in accurate way and meet the timeframe.
