"The Jonglei cattle rustlers in killed over hundred in the Village of Akobo Jonglei state. The rustlers were suspect to be from the Pibor County. The raiding that started in small scale has increased over the last years as locals owned guns in state of using traditional tools. According to reports from the area, the cattle rustling the area has claimed more than 350 lives of people this year, in January the community of Lou Nuer attacked Pibor County and killed over 3000 people saying that they were revenging to an attack by the Pibor community in 2011. The total number of people been killed in 2012 has risen to over 4000" Emmanuel Taban told the reporter.
