Jake S.

My name is Jake Smith and I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer at Rolls-Royce. I earned my MBA at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and studied Mechanical Engineering and Entrepreneurship at UCLA. I’ve put my engineering skills to the test working on a team making helicopter rescue missions safer and suggested design changes as an intern for Miravel, a hydroponics startup. I enjoy tinkering with new product ideas and in my spare time I play piano, trumpet, didgeridoo and bagpipes.
