When I was a Virtual Assistant, my job included managing my clients' online businesses - processed and completed orders, customer service, data entry, SEO. I have also done research tasks, blog commenting, updating social networks and other administrative tasks. I have enjoyed working as a VA. I loved talking to my clients and pacifying angry customers. I must say I have a knack for calming people down. :) Aside from that, the over all work of a VA is, indeed, challenging but at the same time fun. And I
