I am grateful that I grew up well. However, there are many things I regret from several phases in my growth to adulthood. There is a phase where I want to redo and improve it. But, that's futile, that's foolishness. I just have to be grateful for what has been and will be.

I have emotions. But, I never imagined what could ride my emotions. In the past, I used them to show my anger. That's not good. For a moment I felt strong. But, again I realized that it was not good. Actually I just want peace within myself. Help! Help!
