Started professional career more than ten (10) years ago as a Technician maintaining software and hardware for the Jabatan Penjara Malaysia before moving-on as a Pre Sales Engineer undertaking the management of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) real-time events. Joined Datasonic Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (DTSB) to manage the Data Centre for Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia. Later assigned to manage the Project Management Office (PMO) and Once Stop Centre (OSC) for Indonesian Workers in International Marketing and Net Resources Sdn. Bhd. (IMAN), a DTSB client. Recently, upgraded skills and knowledge for security documents design including passports, IDs, holographic labels etc. As a native Malay speaker I also can assist on Malay article writing, Malay or English transcription and also English to Malay to English translation.
