I have been writing poetry, stories and children's rhyming tales for the past 14 years. I have been twice published in poetry anthologies, as well as having a small collection of children's rhyming stories that I hope to one day get published. Currently a parent to two children, I am looking at getting writing again as I miss the creativity. I have a vivid imagination and very creative mind and look forward to working with new people and exciting projects. I have also done work with poster and leaflet design for advertising and information purposes. These have been for both charities and businesses, as well as live entertainment performances. In my previous employments, I have had many years of customer service experience (16 years to be precise). This has included face to face customer relation work, sales and service and incoming telesales. I love to put the customer in the heart of everything I do.
