I was an industrial training student working under determined supervisors on the mandate crops of the institute which includes cashew, tea. cocoa. kola. I particularly worked under the plant breeding section in my most stay there. Our m major focus was on developing better adapted breeds of these mandate crops through tissue culture. Vegetative propagation means were also used to develop hybrid and clones of these mandate crops.
