Junior Graphic Designer

I will shortly be graduating from Massey University in New Zealand where I have been completing a Bachelor of Design majoring in Visual Communications. I have completed a range of freelance work from wedding photography and book design, to music album artwork and corporate identity. I have recently completed work experience for Engineroom Design in Newcastle, Australia, where I collaborated with other designers on a range of projects including web design, packaging, brand identity and editorial work. Our task was to create an app that could be easily utilised in an emergency. We chose the emergency of a missing pet. Our app is designed to minimise the chances of this emergency from occurring. The main objective of this brief was to focus on the user experience through the app by making it easy and accessible to use.

The sub-brand utilises classic New Zealand flavours with an over the top Kiwiana aesthetic. Kiwi Crumb is undeniably New Zealand with a fun, youthful and casual vibe. Completed in 2015

The author wanted me to capture the unique nature of the landscape of New Zealand whilst also capture the dark, sinister story in the pages. The book was released as a paperback and as an ebook.
