I found there is so many repeat work need my subordinates to do, I Designed a tool to automate analyze page and convert static element to self response element. After using this tool, release them from repeat work and focus on redesign element's location and other creative task.

After analyzed customer's requirement, I Designed a new framework and Finish coding with my colleagues.This solution earned customer' s praise. Then I switch to R&D Team.My mainly duty in this team is maintain and refactor core code in Company's framework. During this period time,I refactor the workflow engine in the framework based on Jquery+Ajax+Dojo+.net mvc+SOA.Compared with old workflow engine,the Performance Increased 1.5 times ,task design more reasonable.
