Hi, Good day! My name is Maria Luz. I am currently working in a BPO industry as a Team Leader. I was first hired as a Customer Service Representative on July 2013 for a Buying/Selling account. I I was given a recognition as a Top Teammate based on my performance record. I was pulled out for SME (Subject Matter Expert) to help new trainees on their questions regarding product knowledge. So I wanted a career growth I then applied for a Team Leader position. I got the hired as Team Leader in the same company from February 2015. My responsibilities are to take supervisory or managerial calls real time and call back, team attendance and admin tasks. I am knowledgeable on MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and Presentation. I can also do multi tasking and good analytical skills. I have excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking. I want to be able to expand the use of my skills through online at the comfort of my home and personal desktop.
