I know 3ds Max for modelling, UV Mapping, lighting, texturing, rendering also do High poly Modelling, Low poly modelling and Baking Inside 3ds max for normal map, Ao, Cavity map etc.
xNormal is also Another option for baking.
Vray Render engine of rendering. ohh.. Corona renderer is also there. i will jump later on it.
Photoshop is for texturing and retauching.
