Add file association by double click to existent MFC application

In our first collaboration Ms. Shehad was a perfect coder. She finished the work fast, she EXPLAINED to me the issues (not many coders do that, for job security concerns) involved. She cleaned up my code (which has passed through too many hands, I am afraid). She really knows MFC in and out. I cannot praise her high enough and naturally look forward continuing working with her.
