The two characteristics that set me apart are: 1)Self efficacy: When I work on a project, I take initiative to get done what needs to be done, even when it is outside of my job description. I don't do bare minimums or cut corners. 2) Determination: The projects I work on are a priority for me, meaning that if a deadline is coming up I work until the work is done. In life I've always had two different passions, being able to tell stories through writing, along with a deep interest in mathematics. My business degree has provided me with a thorough understanding of finance, accounting, and marketing I have started different companies myself so I know the intiative it takes to be able to run your own business.
