An Intelligent System is a software system that behaves intelligently or interacts with their environment in a more intelligent way than other systems. The border between a normal software and an intelligent system is somewhat diffuse, as the border between the Intelligent Systems and Artificial Intelligence. Artificial Intelligence is concerned with basic research in the implementation of each of the skills related to human intelligence. Intelligent Systems are responsible for implementing research, trying to solve existing problems or to improve the way we work or quality life by applying Artificial Intelligence techniques. The overall objective of the Master in Intelligent Systems is to train engineering professionals to be able to develop these technologies in any application field.

Se pretende crear una herramienta capaz de albergar la mayor cantidad de medidas y valores estadísticos que permitan caracterizar las colecciones de datos multi-etiqueta, las cuales pueden ser relevantes para escoger un algoritmo de clasificación multi-etiqueta adecuado. El conocimiento del grado de desbalanceo que pueda existir entre sus etiquetas, la desproporción que puede haber entre ejemplos positivos y negativos de una misma clase y el nivel de dependencia entre pares de etiquetas, son algunos de los
