As a Senior Engineer with direct experience developing algorithms for autonomous vehicles, I also design control systems ranging from low-level to manufacturing execution systems (MES). For 15+ years I have empowered teams to ship safe autonomous systems by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of robotics and system engineering to prototype and deploy creative ideas that solve complex challenges. In addition to defining problems and verifying methodologies, I exercise technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle to provide strategic direction and build results. My skill as a control engineering leader is in programming and researching so that I can better solve complex, customer-facing problems that drive effective decision-making. I also manage high-performing teams of engineers and technicians to ensure the timely delivery of quality project components.
