A Ferry port Community Center connecting other two ferry terminals along the Beira lake network. The community hall facilitates a restaurant, public library & a yoga/meditation facility. The community hall is meant to be a part of the Beira lake ferry terminal network master plan. The spaces on each level of the building is visually oriented to the lake for visual aesthetics. Just like every space within the building, the buildings along the network, water connects them all.

Layout Perspective Plan for Club House Office

This is my second job with Saajidh. He's a perfectionist...wanting to get everything right. His English is perfect and we communicated easily. He finished this project in 3 days -- I expected it to take a week. He made revisions and sent back revised versions the same day, and the drawings are detailed, accurate, and just as I requested. I'll definitely hire him again.
