Samit was very good at diving in and quickly tackling programming challenges using PHP and SQL. He was very helpful in understanding what was needed and has a great understanding of PHP frameworks and scraping jobs. His english was very good and was able to quickly problem solve over chat. He was patient as I began to orient myself with the tools, the scope and scale of the actual system that I wanted to develop. Despite the requirements changing and growing in magnitude, Samit did a good job trying to understand what I was trying to accomplish and was supportive throughout and delivered good results for the direction I was able to provide. It was a learning experience for myself having been the first developer hire I have made and I appreciate his patience with my learning and his ability to quickly put code into play in an agile manner. Given some specific goals and detailed requirements, he can generate quick results in the form of coded solutions.
