3d drawing for a 2 bedroom house.

The programmer did not complete the task, I changed the project a little and even offered more money to no avail. She requested funds off line as she told me that she was unable to retrieve the funds from freelancer. Not happy at all with the outcome. She stopped responding to me. Lost money with the project , and nothing has been done to my satisfaction. She has been blocked !!
