My Promise To You
--------------------------------------------------------------
1. I will not bid before I read your project description and make sure that everything is clear and I understand what all the deliverables are. Also I make sure I can deliver what is required in good quality and on time.
2. If I have doubts I will seek clarification.
3. If my skills are marginally below the optimal level for your project I will let you know, and explain how it will affect the time I need to catch up.
4. I always try to find the best way to do something. If your proposed solution is not the best one, I explain other possible alternatives to you, but in the end the decision will be yours.
5. If on a project we find you need further assistance, I am flexible in expanding the scope of the project. In any event after I have formally delivered what was promised, I do not leave you in the void.
6. I produce clean, well documented code with nearly one comment per line or block of code.
7. Working on your application gives me insight on how solid the codebase is and what design/implementation weaknesses there are. I pass this insight to you in layman's terms.

My Core Skills
--------------------------------
Simply put, I know what it takes to design and make a web application. There are many tools and languages with which you can make web applications; I use the following:
[PHP]
I know PHP very well. For most tasks, I have no problem whatsoever achieving the outcome with PHP. However, I prefer Procedural PHP over OOP.
[MySQL]
I have not worked with stored procedures or triggers in MySQL. Also I have mostly used MyISAM engine and have little experience with InnoDB or BerkeleyDB. I have little experience in using Transactions, though I know the queries very well.
If you don't know what all that is, don't worry, I know what is mainstream and 98% cases used.
[Javascript, AJAX and jQuery]
I know Javascript pretty well. Not that well to write a framework like jQuery or DoJo, but enough to acheive common outcomes (validation, ajax, animation, ...)
[CSS]
I know enough CSS to reproduce a desired feel and looks & able to producr multi level menus
[XHTML and XML]
I produce valid and clean XHTML code. I know XML and can use it for a variety of uses.
[Open Source Frameworks]
osCommerce 2.x [e-com]
[CMS] Joomla 1.5, Mambo, WebArcCMS
HCL [live support system]
OpenRealty [Real Estate system]
PHP Classifieds [Classifieds system]
Smarty [template Engine]
dotProject [Project management]
[Other]
Here is a list of programing languages, and technologies I can use but with the help of help files and tutorials
1. Smarty template system. I know Smarty enough to modify existing Smarty based apps and write new features
2. ASP
3. Visual Basic
4. MS Access, MS Excell
5. COBOL
6. BASIC

Limitations
--------------------------------
1. I am not available for projects involving adult content, breaking Captcha, aiding spam or email harvesting, phishing, or anything else which could be considered harmful.
2. If, with your consent, I use open source code in what I build for you, I insist in complying with the terms of the license it comes with (e.g. leaving credits section intact).
